"We contacted Pamela for support during our breastfeeding journey and she has been nothing short of wonderful.
There were times when I thought I wouldn’t be able to feed my baby in the way I desperately wanted, but with Pamela’s help and kind words, we are finally on the right track! I have been thinking about what to write for this review as I breastfeed my baby, which I would not have thought was possible even a week ago.
Pamela has been compassionate, flexible and incredibly generous with her knowledge and time. She listened to my concerns, validated my feelings and gave us the support we needed.
I won’t hesitate to reach out again if we come across any more bumps in the road."

"We are first-time parents and welcomed little baby N. to our family back in June. Pamela was an absolutely incredible support both before and after the birth. We are so grateful for her compassionate, thoughtful and generous help. We attended her workshops on breastfeeding and birth during our pregnancy, and received extensive 1:1 support from her in the early postpartum days and weeks. Highly recommended!"

Pamela really helped me postpartum to guide us through our breastfeeding journey. She validated my feelings around my birth experience and encouraged me to seek a diagnosis through Dr.Chen at Downstream Dental for a tongue and lip tie. My baby is feeding much better now with no discomfort to me and Pam was kind to lend me breastfeeding tools that supported a positive pumping experience. She is a very gentle and kind person and I felt very comfortable in her presence. I would definitely recommend her to others if they’re experiencing any difficulties with breastfeeding and pumping. She has a lot of up to date knowledge and is a positive advocate of what is best for the birthing parent first and foremost and of course your babies needs as well.

"Pamela was nothing short of excellent!! We were visiting family with our 4 week old, and were having issues with his feeding. Pamela came the same day we called, looked at our baby, quickly identifying the main cause of our problems and went over things with us. She helped us get appointments with the specialists.
Pamela is intuitive, knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs assistance with infant care."

"Pamela is an integral part of my success breastfeeding. After having many issues with a nipple shield, I was lucky enough to have an appointment with Pamela. Finally having my babies tongue tie diagnosed, and after weeks of thinking about it, (tough decision!) I went ahead with the revision. Pamela supported us through the revision and had a wonderful plan to re-establish a good latch. Things are better everyday. I highly recommend Pamela, even if everything seems ok, she is a wealth of knowledge and an incredible support!"

"1st time mom to a big healthy boy, I was assured everything was perfect, and it was, but also it wasn't. I was unsure if my hesitation was my own unknowing or Covid but something just wasn't 100%. I was assured by the Dr and the health nurses that everything was 'fine' but after 5 months, my little guy wasn't gaining weight the same, sleeping as well, was beginning to have more fussy moments which I chalked up to him just going through a stage of development. After noticing one morning that his Fontanel was a bit sunken, I pumped my breast to realize my supply was down to 1/3 what it had been. I contacted Pamela and within a couple hours she was at my door, donning PPE and inside to help us with kindness, support, compassion and wicked knowledge. She never claimed to know it all (though she obviously does), but her ability to instill confidence in my knowledge as a woman and this baby's mom led us to the support we needed. We got in to see a pediatric dentist (whom knew and respected Pamela as a lactation consultant) and we had a lip and tongue tie revision performed. Had it not been for Pamela, our breastfeeding journey may have been cut short. She taught me how to increase my supply, bottle feed my baby (who until then, refused a bottle from me) until my partner got home from work (days later), and to be compassionate with myself. Forever and always, I will be grateful to Pamela for her guidance on this leg of my motherhood journey."
